The Brief: Convince late adopting customers to download the brand’s app and try mobile deposits so they can avoid waiting in line at the bank.
The Idea: Remind customers what unnecessary trips to the bank are really costing them—their lunch breaks.
The Free Lunch Sweepstakes offered Capital One customers a chance to win free lunches for a whole year every time they deposited a check via the app.

We also created weekly posts throughout the campaign demonstrating all the ways a year of free lunches would be a good thing.
